The Professional Scrum Master training course is designed to help participants master the Scrum framework: planning for product delivery, understanding the nuances behind working with people and teams and mastering the role of a Scrum Master as a servant leader.  This course will help participants enhance advanced thinking on servant-leadership to bring about behavioural shifts in people and teams and equip themselves with the knowledge to guide real-world decision-making.
