Training course introducion / brief
The Professional Scrum Master training course is designed to help participants master the Scrum framework: planning for product delivery, understanding the nuances behind working with people and teams and mastering the role of a Scrum Master as a servant leader. This course will help participants enhance advanced thinking on servant-leadership to bring about behavioural shifts in people and teams and equip themselves with the knowledge to guide real-world decision-making.

- Recognize the relation of Agility to Scrum.
- Explain how Scrum implements empiricism in software development.
- Understand Product Backlog and Sprint Backlog
- Define what is required for high-quality software.
- Determine how documentation requirements in Scrum.
- Establish a Scrum team and guide them along the way and help them continuously self-develop to become successful through better collaboration.
- Explore and use coaching techniques that is appropriate for the team.
